Jóga v parku s Aničkou

An advantage of summer? Yoga in the park <3 does not push our knees, each has its own unlimited space, the connection with nature takes a completely different dimension. We feel the wind in our face, we do not measure our limbs to the ceiling but to the sky, during the savasany we can observe birds and clouds above each other. I can't wait! We will practice in Štvanice, I will specify the specific location.
Post at your discretion and possibilities :)
See you on the mat! <3
