Jógalates

Yogalates combines a more powerful pilates exercise with positions and principles of yoga. He works on flexibility, activates muscles and at the same time can calm our mind. During the lesson we will use both yoga blocks and popular foam cylinder. We will work not only on slimming and leveling muscle imbalances, but also to degrade stress and strengthen self -confidence to feel better in our body in all respects. 12. 2025
