We invite you to a very pleasant and inspiring evening after the entire working week on 29.11.

This year too, we are following up on the very successful autumn yoga-ayurvedic relaxation evenings . After the autumn evening 27.9. followed by a winter evening on November 29.

You can enjoy gentle yoga with regard to the season, gentle movement of the shoulders and hip joints with aids, aromatherapy, relaxation with a sound bath and a warm Ayurvedic dinner.
