About event
"Lone Wolf." That's what they called Czechoslovak pilot Josef František, who flew with the 303rd Polish Fighter Squadron of the RAF during the Battle of Britain. He got his nickname from the way he fought - because he often separated from other aircraft and operated independently. His powerful story is now heading to the big screen – a documentary drama with the same name as his nickname will be released this year. The fates of him and other RAF airmen will be presented during the lecture by documentarian Paměti národa and historian František Štambera.
