In this warm and inspiring workshop, experienced trainer Lisette Dragt will help you regain clarity and enter the new year with focus. You will not only reflect, but above all work practically with:
Looking back: Where are you now in your life, both privately and professionally?
Feeling ahead: Where do you want to go and how does that feel?
Action plan: What do you need to really achieve your goals?
You experience a powerful mix of bodywork, mindfulness, and gentleness to get in touch with your deeper desires and concretize your goals. We start feeling, thinking and doing. Everything in a cozy and warm atmosphere.

• Practice the popular exercise “Walk as the New You”, where you literally step into the shoes of the person you want to become.
• Use the evidence-based WOOP methodology (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) to make your goals concrete and feasible too
