Are you ready to really make time for your personal growth in the coming year? Your development year is a personalized program

Three training days of your choice at The School of Life Amsterdam: choose the training sessions that help you overcome your biggest challenges and make real impact in your life and work. You can follow three of our one -day training sessions or a one -day and a two -day training.
An inspiring online lecture series of your choice: choose between "philosophy for a meaningful life" and "lessons from psychology" and learn from the great thinkers how you can be more self -aware, more targeted and resilient.
An online master class of your choice: Choose in -depth in themes such as family systems, feminism, or join the book club for a new perspective.
Four in-depth & connecting days with your own school class: you join a fixed group of like-minded people who are ready for a development year, just like you. Together you build a bond in which you motivate, encourage and inspires each other. You come four times with your school class (max. 30 people) led by one of our trainers. These sessions ensure regular reflection, a lasting focus and give you new insights and energy to continue.
A buddy: together with your buddy you ensure that you do not lose sight of your goals and you really put your new knowledge and skills into practice. You get a manual from The School of Life for how you and your buddy can motivate and support each other.
