JP Den Tex en het T.S.A. Quartet - 'Yankee Tango'

This year it is exactly 25 years ago that Platenmij Berrock Music JPs - produced by guitarist Jac Bico - released Americana album "Hotel Yankee Tango". In the pre -publicity, a book was also promised - simultaneously with the CD release, with the adventurous story behind the Song Cycle. However, it has had to take 25 years before JP could complete the book: this will finally be that far! On Thursday evening, September 18, he will present 'Yankee Tango' in Claire’s Ballroom, in the Amsterdam captain Zeppos. The presentation will be graced with songs from the original album: "Unplugged" and for this special occasion layered with extensive storytelling. Afterwards the book will be available and there will also be an opportunity to have it signed.

The music will be performed by the T.S.A. Quartet; In addition to JP consisting of guitarist Michiel Jansen, accordionist Marius Bos and double bass player Harm Wijntjes. Start at 8.30 p.m. Address: Prayer without End 5, 1012 HS, Amsterdam.
