Authentically preserved the idea of green idyll with a touch of German countryside in the middle of the industrial district of Dynamite. The villa Jurajov Dvor with a neighboring trapeze shed and military bunrom are among the unique buildings of Bratislava from the Second World War. The garden, however, is even a century older and originally completed the noble summer house of the Walterskirchen family. The most valuable tree species is the brest from the original planting, which survived the epidemic of graphosis in Europe in the mid -20th century and hawthorn with atypical age over 60 years. The most attractive trees are groups of conifers south of the villa. In the garden in the spring, the survivor ornamental flowers from the original planting bloom. The original in Slovakia unusual brick fencing built in the way on the Kant is surrounded by the inside of the original ivy. Vajnorská, Rožňava and Road to Senec) merged into one of the largest majors of the Bratislava suburbs under the name Červený dvor (Roter Hof, Vörös Major). The Majer won the Walterskirchen family, who apparently named the court after a prominent benefactor Count Juraj (George) Viliam Walterskirchen (1796-1865) at Georgshof. Since 1917, the court has owned the Dynamit-Nobel plant, which used it until the 1950s as a reservoir for its racing kitchen. In addition to the extensive growing of vegetables and fruits, the farm yard near today's court also dealt with breeding hens, cattle, pigs or horses. The Majer consisted of a large and small courtyard, dozens of farm buildings, several family houses, and Khajj, in which more than 30 families lived. Part of the owner was also a perennial inn and later military Kantína. At the beginning of World War II there is a luxuriously furnished residence for the German plant administration according to the project of architect Julius Ernst Sporzon. For a short time, the inhabitants of the villa becomes the infamous director of the IG-Darben Heinrich Gattineau with his family. Part of the German reconstruction was also in the former set a garden planted with local deciduous and coniferous trees to evoke the idyll of the Central European forest park. Around 1955, the Majer moved to the ownership of the city of Bratislava and gradually begins to reced the largest urban transport depot, paradoxically under the name of the original owner. Around 1980, the core of the owner is also struggling, after 1995 the last residents leave and to this day only the last few buildings remain, including the director's villa, sheds, bunkers, garages and original fencing. Volunteer activities are trying to revive the forgotten of the decayed majer, who has recently been lost in lush greenery and black dumps.
