4 Saturdays in 4 months dedicated to one of the most important interpersonal relationships - mothers and daughters.
The cycle of 4 meetings is suitable for moms who:
- have a daughter between the ages of 10 and 18
- they want to deepen their relationship with their daughter and strengthen mutual trust
- they perceive the importance of the time spent together
- they feel that they want to give their daughter their full attention
- they are looking for ways to communicate the themes of femininity with a teenage girl
- they want to better understand not only their daughter, but also themselves
- they are looking for an opportunity to create strong and beautiful experiences with their daughter, which will become important memories
- they need rest, regeneration and inspiration not only for the mother role
And also for teenage girls who feel that the topics of femininity concern them and want to communicate and share it with their mother.
What awaits you?
- 4 Saturdays spent together full of gentleness, support and inspiration
- relaxation during sound baths with healing tools
- guided meditations
- sharing on topics of femininity
- yoga exercises including harmonizing positions in pairs, suitable for beginners and advanced
- as part of the coaching you will learn effective techniques for mutual understanding
- experiential creations
- care in the form of massages
- relaxing dancing and singing
- tasting ritual cocoa during the cocoa ceremony
- menarche ritual for girls who have already had their first period
- creation of a vision board for the year 2025
- 3 x 1.5h joint online meeting
- closed Facebook group for safe mutual communication and sharing
- strong connection not only to the mother-daughter relationship, but also to your feminine qualities under the guidance of experienced guides Veronika and Karolína
All activities are of course voluntary and their importance is to support the entire process. The most valuable will take place within you and in the path "Closer to yourself". Everything you put into this cycle can be positively returned to you forever. It is an investment not only in strengthening and nourishing the relationship with your daughter, but also in each of you separately.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with a 1 hour 15 minute lunch break, you can bring your own lunch or we can recommend local restaurants)
