Event by: Startitup

About event
Property prices in Slovakia have fired in recent years so high that for young people the dream of their own housing is often turned into an unreachable point. The savings disappear faster than they can accumulate 💸 and the heritage is not a guarantee for everyone.
Rental apartments that were supposed to be a solution have not yet brought what they promised - the offer is low and often unattractive 🏢. This remains the question: How can you really get to your own living today? 🤔
Let's look at the options available to young people - from mortgages 🏦, which have changed significantly in recent years, through alternative forms of funding 💡 to what role to play family aid 👨👩👦 or joint investment.
What about the banks? 💬 Are mortgages still available, or are the conditions becoming unreachable for ordinary Slovak?
Miroslav Antoška from RK38 🏠 and real estate expert Martin Čapo 📊a Soňa Sláviková, mortgage specialist Slovenská sporiteľňa will discuss these topics.
📍 Place: Tyršák, Bratislava
🕗 Time: 13.8. At 20:00
🎙️ moderates: Richard Dírer
Come to listen to views that will help you create your own view. The entrance is free. Looking forward to seeing you!
