Franz Kafka 100th Anniversary Conference, Reading, and Concert examines the work of Franz Kafka from a philosophical and literary perspective. The central theme is Kafka's relationship to modernity. Few writers of the 20th century have been repeatedly considered so relevant. Can the study of Franz Kafka even today lead us to a better understanding of the present time and ourselves?
