About event
Many thanks to Renate!
The 75 years of Rio Reiser and R. P. S. Lanrue Tour!
There is a German rock band that most songs have hardly lost anything after over 50 years?
Probably not many:
Ton Steine. Lanrue
(bourgeois Ralph Peter Steitz), Rio Reiser (bourgeois Ralph Möbius),
Kai Sichtermann and Wolfgang Seidel founded,
who were all around 20 years old at the time.
After the early death of their singer Rio Reiser († 1996), the band was back in various formations in the new millennium Stage.
Two primal tours still through German-speaking countries:
Kai Sichtermann (bass, since 1970) and drummer
Funky K. Götzner (from 1974, now Cajón).
Since April 2023 they play together with the singer/songwritian nomadin birta
(vocals, Guitar).
Birte internalized both the folk blues and the one from this, rock'n'roll with
passion and poetry and uses many years of road and stage experience at home and
abroad, with her solo project as well as as a singer and guitarist in various formations
this genres.
Repertoire Rio Reiser`s, R.P.S. Lanrue's and the shards and keeps the memories of a rebellious period:
The radicality of the shards, which was a lived everyday radicality ... with values, heart and ideals!
We look forward to seeing you! Organizer)
