ceremonial cocoa ☕️💌
ceremonial cocoa is plant medicine that has been used in ritual contexts in the cultures of Central and South America for years. The Mayas and Aztecs honored the cocoa as the "food of the gods"-a holy heart remedy that was served with ceremonies, transitional rituals and inner contemplation. 🌿 topic of the evening: Feeling truth & having the courage to speak cocoa can help us get quieter in mind - and louder in the heart. We take the time to track down: What is my truth? What can be said? What do I want to work for?
🎤 voice activation Our voice is a central tool - for expression, presence, demarcation, connection. We do gentle exercises to consciously feel and free our voice - without any performance, simply as an invitation.
🖋 journaling Clarity by writing. We record our truth, set an intention - for the new week and the rest. Nothing has to.
