About event
English-friendly! (scroll down for English)
the eyes wake up, the foot makes a voice.
Exhale. Inhale. Focus attention: action detail, human body in space. Blur the view. Sharpen your hearing. Tune in. Tune the frequency. Hear. Experience harmony with the surrounding environment, but also with the rhythm of your heart. Let yourself be guided. Touch. To devote ourselves to the observation of ordinary things: ordinary and self-evident in such a way that we have unlearned to perceive them. Can paying attention to the world around me bring me to myself?
Accept an invitation to the Mindfulness Workshop, in which cracks in the wall, evening darkness, strange voices, or your own shoelaces also play a major role along with the performers. And if you allow yourself to, so can you. Here you will hear music that tunes your attention to the ordinary and yet surprising. The sound will guide your eyes and your whole body. Everything around becomes a choreography, a dance, a game.
Special presentation with dancers Václav Kuneš and Helena Arenbergerová and their intimate intergenerational duet Where. Their movement performance, crowned with many awards, could be called masterful. But how does mastery in dance arise? Its basis is mindfulness. Attention to the surrounding environment, people, and to every movement detail of your own body every day of your professional and personal life. From the courage to make mistakes, to experiment. Search.

Kaleidoscope: Workshop of noticing
🔸
A hand passes the side, a word awakens the eyes, a voice sounds through the foot.
Exhale. Breathe in. Focus attention: the detail of the action, the person's body in space. Blur the gaze. Focus the hearing. Tune in. Tune in to frequency. Hear. To experience the harmony with the environment, but also with the rhythm of your heart. Let yourself be guided. Touch. To devote oneself to observing ordinary things: ordinary and commonplace in a way that people have learned not to perceive. Can attending to the world around me bring me to myself?
The audience is invited to the Workshop of Noticing, in which the cracks in the wall, the evening dusk, strangers' voices, or one's own shoelaces play a major role along with the performers. And, if they dare, themselves. They mix music into their ears that tunes their attention to the ordinary and yet surprising. The sound will guide the eyes and the body. Everything around them becomes choreography, dance, play.
A special performance with dancers Václav Kuneš and Helena Arenberger and their intimate intergenerational duet Where. Their award-winning movement could be called masterful. But how does mastery in dance come about? Its foundation is mindfulness. Attention to your surroundings, to people, and to every movement detail of your own body every day of your professional and personal life. The courage to make mistakes, to experiment. To search.
