Are you "on your nerves"? Are you often overwhelmed by emotions, anxious feelings, and do you become extremely exhausted? Can't sleep and concentrate? Have you tried everything possible, are you trying to relax, but the feeling of overstimulation and burnout keeps coming back?
Your nervous system may need a new approach. You cannot grow spiritually or personally, nor can you "manifest or shift" anything as long as your nervous system is in survival mode.
