🏠 How can we talk about housing in Europe, where housing policy increasingly subordinated to the logic of the market and is less and less based on care and solidarity? In 2022, the city became one of the main centers of aid for people coming from Ukraine. But in addition to a wave of solidarity, another reality has been quickly shown: hundreds of empty apartments, a minimum of available tools and almost no public infrastructure that could make them fairly available.
