The Boskovice festival is not only a celebration of culture, music and genius loci of a unique Jewish quarter, but also a place of meeting, thinking and quiet admiration. Katka Trnková, Karel Šuster and Jan Walda Valík are photographing differently, but together for Boskovice festival.
annually capture its atmosphere, moments and faces that would otherwise escape easily. It offers a look behind the scenes of festival events, meetings of artists and visitors, but also in the soul of Boskovice itself.
Katka Trnková (*1984, Prague) has been taking pictures since time immemorial. Sometimes the camera leaves, but always returns to him. Boskovice has experienced four times as a photographer.
Karel Šuster (*1968, Prague) is a photographer. For a while in the newspaper, then in magazines, now freelance. Czech Diary, Rock & Pop, Bang! , His Voice, Uni Magazine and since 1999 Unijazz.
Jan Valík (*1987) hears in the name of Walda, plays music, writes poems and photographs photos. He was born in Děčín, comes from Jedlka, lived in Prague, lives in Děčín. Boskovice likes the same as Unijazz.
