About event
Karlos Kolbas brought a new wind to Slovak literature, which of course will not smell everyone. Four -time finalist of the literary competition SHEEPYDS PURCHASES HIS second collection of short prose A thwart - represents a world where many hopes or life optimism have not been left - the only chance to survive is associated with inferior professions, shopping, stealing. It is unnecessary from the characters of Kolbas's stories to expect any higher intellectual or emotional aspirations - most of them live their little empty lives, which is not alien envy, stupidity or xenophobia.
