About event
At the last minute, but still!
We will connect several approaches to history with a hot needle. In the case of Niki Matita's listening radio, it will be a strongly documentary affair, Kryštof Pátra will follow up on the phenomenon of pirate microbroadcasting on the possibly dying FM band in the near future with a set for 2 transmitters utilizing their specific character of signal distortion, and in the case of Ondrey Zintaer's international quartet, I will listen to where the declared by some the return to Dixieland improvisations in the case of the emergence of free jazz led today after experiences with noise and the development of serious and less serious music.
The state of listening, supporting, remembering and building alternative perspectives forward from the ruins of the past. For futurology, we will certainly cook for you in the traditional way, because with an empty stomach it is difficult to think about what will happen tomorrow.
To support mental activities, the following will perform: />One of the gentlemen of the house in Rell and a tireless experimenter with an eye at least a little dirty will prepare a set for Karneválova's stand-in for 2 FM microtransmitters built according to the legendary schemes of Tetsuo Kogawa. In a recent experiment with them, he discovered the beauty of their distortion, resulting in a strangely overmodulated signal that in extreme cases will break anything into fried noise.

Ondrey Zintaer, Christoph Götzen and Peter Balog met in the summer at an improvisation workshop during the n:ear festival in Bánská Štiavnica and performed together in the n:ear ensemble during the said festival. The magical atmosphere mixed with the workshop itself, the weather, the magical place and the festival and its musical productions lead the boys to want to meet again. Christoph is a seasoned and active guitarist living in Düsseldorf. He studied jazz guitar in Antwerp at the Royal Conservatory. Today, in addition to actively performing concerts, he organizes concerts and improvisation workshops. On the occasion of the Brno concert, the original trio will be joined on bass by Marek Krajňák, an experimenter performing among others as part of the Mood Indigo project.
