About event
We cordially invite you to a meeting with the artist and curator Katarína Balúnová as part of the PNS Guest Project on the Riviera on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.!
Come and meet Katarína Balúnová - an interdisciplinary artist and curator who works across painting, performance, installation, video and by text. Her work explores utopia as a shifting field – connecting historical narratives, symbolic structures and speculative imaginations within contemporary urban and ecological contexts. Geometry plays an important role in her work as a principle of organizing the world - as a visual and conceptual language that refers to the structure of the world and the idea of a utopian arrangement.
Her work Lipstick test was part of the PNS project in Žilina and Bratislava.
