We invite you to the double concert of Katarína Máliková & Tante Elze, which will take place in KC Cooltajner 27.9.2025 (Saturday) from 7 pm.

Her debut album Pustvopol (Sun Records, 2016) has won recognition of critics, nominations and awards in Slovakia and abroad and is considered one of the brightest Slovak debuts for the last decade. Postalgia (Sun Records, 2019), in the order of its second studio album, crosses the boundaries of the World Music genre and is ranked among the synth-pop-style recordings with elements of classical music. Katarína Máliková has so far spoken in 12 countries across Europe, her music has been heard around the world (BBC6, KEXP) and is currently performing solo, where she returns to her classic musical craft.
Brilliant piano arrangements in its administration accompany a wide ambit vocal that balances in often extreme positions of voice registers. Minimalist piano and vocal improvisations create dreamy sounds across its performance.
TANTE ELZE
producer, singer and composer Veronika Lečková Seppová alias Tante Elze returns to the concert scene after 7 years with the album ode. everyday life.
We will find electronic and rhythmic sound -actions, ground melodies and poetic Slovak texts about motherhood, relationships and finding meaning. The genre Tante Elze remains faithful to his eclecticism - we can hear echoes of contemporary classical music, experiment, but also jazz, ambient or alternative pop. The album was nominated in the Album of the Year category - Award of Journalists in the Radiohead Awards 2024.
The solo performs, but also in the new extended line -up of Dominik Špuler's drummer, or Marek Votruba keyboardist.
