About event
The concert/songs with stories
The church is open to all.
The Tour Cathedral is a string of concerts. Songs with stories fill the sacral space open to everyone. The acoustics, atmosphere and story of each church, along with the concert program, bring a unique experience. They allow stopping, offer space for relaxation, sadness and hope.
Dušan Havrilla is a musician and lyricist. In the past he worked as a singer in bands Out of Control and EVS BAND. He is currently performing as a folk songwriter - solo, in the duo and in the band. After a two -year life in Cork (Ireland), he resonated with his debut album Citadel (2022). Minimalist sound of fine electronics compositions complement the cracking of fire, the noise of the cottage and its surroundings. The album was produced by the pianist Daniel Špinr. Last year's EP grew into a full -fledged album, which is released on the LP record and CD. The album is dedicated to three key themes of today: hustle and bustle, tension, loneliness. He asks how out of it and offers space to escape into internal safety. 10 songs that are the result of a greatly functioning music chemistry in the lineup of bandleaders and friends: Dušan Havrilla - singing, guitar / Matej Borovský - drums / Radoslav Lakoštík - guitar / Roman Stražen - Violončelo, bass. Together with Beyond Music Studio and lyricist Silvia Kaščáková, they created a sound and thematically matured recording.
