About event
Katie Koss and Maryn Charlie are both working hard to conquer the pop scene in the Netherlands. In addition to a shared passion for music, both also often make their voices heard on themes surrounding mental health. Together they guarantee an enchanting evening, focusing on Katie Koss's recently released EP 'I'm Getting Better' and Maryn Charlie's personal EP 'Out of the Blue'. During the 'What About You?' tour they join forces for a musical double-bill!
Katie Koss
Katie Koss, who operates from Groningen, knows how to merge her love for jazz, soul and alternative pop into an infectious whole - think of North Sea Jazz meets Lowlands. Inspired by Lianne La Havas and Amy Whinehouse, she writes modern guitar songs with a nostalgic twist.
Maryn Charlie
The Amsterdam singer-songwriter toured Dutch cities last fall as 3voor12 Talent during the Popronde. At the beginning of this year, she was tipped by 3FM as a member of De 10 of 2024 and in the spring Maryn toured Dutch pop venues as a support act for Rondé.
