Workshop with individual feedback and space to ask what you are interested in. We will focus on dance technology, accuracy and key principles of proper posture. Together we will exhibit short dance combinations that will help us train the fluency, continuity and dance logic. This gives you more confidence, lightness and freedom in motion. Teaching will take place at a quiet pace, step by step, with an emphasis on cleanliness. The workshop consists of a solid foundation for afternoon themes focused on Arabic rhythms and stylization in dancing. Suitable for less and more advanced dancers who want to strengthen their foundations.

14: 00-16: 00 Arabic rhythms
A workshop in which we dive into the world of Arabic rhythms-their structure, mood and importance in dancing. We will learn to recognize basic rhythmic patterns, understand their character and connect them to movement. We will listen, applaud, try rhythms on the body and in combinations to really experience them. Thanks to this, the dance begins to make more sense - you won't just "count", but really hear and feel what the music says. The follow -up workshop is the "magic of dance stylization", where we will expand the basic Arabic rhythms with a melodic line, learn to perceive it in dance and at the same time try different ways of stylizing movement according to the character of music and dance styles.

Stylization
We will focus on the workshop together on the connection of rhythm, melody and dance expression. We will explore how the same movement can turn according to music, mood and dance style. Using short combinations, we will try different approaches to stylization - from fine nuances in posture to overall expression. We will follow up on the previous work with the rhythm at the "Arabic Rhythms" workshop and expand it with a melodic line and the principles of dance interpretation. This workshop will help us develop our own expression and understand dancing in a broader context.
