Kayo Dot, project initiated in 2003 by Toby Driver, embodies a musical approach at the crossroads of experimental metal, post-rock and contemporary music. Through sophisticated writing and abundant orchestration, the group explores tensions between structure and freedom, tradition and avant-garde. His discography, dense and protean, questions aesthetic boundaries and offers an auditory experience that is both demanding and immersive. In 2025, Kayo Dot returned with a new album, testifying to his ability to constantly renew a unique musical language.
