These words are no longer just news headlines - we live them every day. At work, in the community, in politics, in relationships, in yourself.
As a facilitator, leader, teacher or helping professional, you may feel it even more intensely:

There are no simple answers to these questions. But there is a space where you can really explore them.
Accompanied by lecturers who have facilitated conflicts in Slovakia, Spain and Ukraine.

You will get concrete process work tools for facilitating tense situations in groups, teams and communities. You will learn to recognize the systemic dynamics that occur against the background of polarization and work with them - not against them.
The seminar is led by Boris Sopko, a clinical psychologist and international supervisor of process-oriented psychology, and Neus Andrea Monsech, a diplomat of process work with many years of experience in restorative justice.
This is not a lecture. It is a lively, experiential space for people who care about the world around them.
