A popular delicacy is KIMBAP (or kimbab), which is a rice roll filled with vegetables and wrapped in seaweed.
Many people confuse Kimbap and Sushi. At our workshop you will learn the differences and together we will prepare several kimbaps.
The workshop is suitable for all age generations and different groups.
The preparation of this dish does not lie in the skill of the cook, but in his patience. Every single ingredient in kimbap requires separate preparation, a different preparation method and a different approach. That is why he always discovers a lot of different flavors in kimbap.
