About event
On Sunday, December 8, 2024, Athenaeum Boekhandel will open its doors for the Children's Day Festival. From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, children can enjoy inspiring and heart-warming reading sessions in a cozy setting. At Athenaeum Boekhandel, stories are brought to life by two special readers. Ellen Brudet reads beautiful stories with themes such as diversity, acceptance and self-confidence, while Iven Cudogham knows how to enchant the youngest festival goers with his unique and humorous storytelling style.
During the festival we work with time slots for each session. Please note that some sessions have limited capacity and may overlap. To give every child the opportunity to participate, we kindly ask not to book tickets for every time slot.
During Children's Day, photographers and videographers will be present to capture the magic of the day. If you prefer that your child not be filmed or photographed, you can add a "don't film me" bracelet when booking tickets. Children with a red bracelet are not filmed or photographed.
We look forward to welcoming you to Athenaeum Boekhandel for a day full of stories and inspiration during the Children's Day Festival: Celebrate YOU!
