📸 I'm not yet until I want to be
r. Klára Tasovská, Czech Republic/Slovakia/Austria, 2024, 90 min
Libuše Jarcovjáková is a legend of world photography and an unrestrained woman who defied all the conventions. Her life is a mosaic of fascinating meetings and wild stories - from a harsh underground of communist Czechoslovakia through exclusive photography for fashion leaders in Tokyo to dramatic escape to West Berlin, where she witnessed the fall of the Iron Curtain. Thousands of analog photographs and personal diaries have been transformed into a formal unique documentary directed by Klára Tasovská, who inspired the audience on Berlinale and in Karlovy Vary.
