Klang Systematiek: Icons of ambient – Eno & Bryars.

The Klang Systematiek ensemble will present an extraordinary evening with two icons of ambient music: Brian Eno and Gavin Bryars.

The evening will include Eno's landmark work Discreet Music, which will be heard here in a completely unique acoustic version. While his work is almost always associated with electronics in the Czech Republic, this time it will sound intimate and reveal the soft, fragile and almost human face of his music.

The evening will be completed by the famous composition The Sinking of the Titanic by Gavin Bryars. He has been working with Eno since the 70s, and their musical worlds naturally belong together. In this work, Bryars brings to life the fate of the string ensemble, which, according to legend, did not stop playing even when the Titanic was sinking. The result is an immersive musical space, where the ambient calm gently blends with the fateful story and lets the listener fully enter the music.

The concert is open to all age groups and will take place in an informal, accessible atmosphere. Don't expect a classic session - you can move freely in the hall, find your place and let the music surround you.
