Sounds can have a healing effect because they directly influence our brain waves, breathing and heart rate. The nervous system calms down and the stress level decreases. Vibrations of sound can even be physically felt and positively influence cells in the body. During our sound concert we work with instruments such as singing bowls, the handpan, Koshi and shamanic drum to promote balance and relaxation. This form of healing works on a physical, emotional and energetic level.
For complete relaxation, this concert is best experienced lying down.
The entire proceeds from this evening go to the Children's Cancer Free Foundation (Kika)
Important to bring with you:
* A (yoga) mat/garden cushion, blanket or plaid and a pillow. The floor can get cold
*Wear comfortable, warm clothing in layers + thick socks/slippers
*If necessary, an eye mask
* Try not to drink too much beforehand, so that you can lie comfortably during the sound concert
Robert and Noëly have been a couple for 26 years. Noëly has been giving sound concerts since 2017 and they have been doing this together since this year. They both like to focus on meaning, awareness and personal development. Marika Pruis has been working as an ambassador for KiKa for several years. When her best friend's three-year-old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, she experienced first-hand the impact this has. Fortunately, thanks to experimental treatments, she is doing very well. That is why Marika is committed to this wonderful cause.
