Klein Technique Class
This is a class that is open to all bodies who are interested in connecting deeper and finding more ease, efficiency and clarity in their dancing, sport or everyday moving.
It is an hour and a half class where we work slowly and deeply.
Klein Technique™ brings attention to the level of the bone and we work to bring the body into alignment and efficient movement patterns through effecting change at the level of our deepest tissue.
The class is slow and clear and works through stretching and connecting, engaging the principles of Klein Technique™ to to clearly transfer weight/ gravity to connect to and use the support of the earth.
18.00-19.30
Come a bit early and wear something warm and that you can stretch in.
€10-18 sliding scale
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
