About event
🇬🇧 Scroll down for English.
The climate crisis 🌍 is not only an environmental problem, but also brings the issue of psychological difficulties ✨. Many (not only) young people experience fear, sadness or a feeling of helplessness when looking at the future of the planet 🌿. This webinar ♻️ offers a safe space for understanding and processing these emotions ✨.
Participants will learn what climate grief and climate anxiety mean, how they arise and what their manifestations are. Together we will explore how the psychology of change explains our behavior in times of environmental challenges ✨ and what steps lead to resilience and inner peace ♻️.
The aim of the webinar is to help participants recognize their own feelings 🌿, learn to work with them and turn them into positive motivation and concrete action ✨. Participants will leave with practical tools on how to manage (not only) climate anxiety, support their own mental well-being ♻️ and build psychological resilience in times of climate uncertainty 🌿.
We will talk about the topic with expert Hanka from the IPčko organization 🌍, who will bring the perspective of a psychologist from practice ✨. The webinar will be conducted by Simona Hlaváčová https://www.linkedin.com/in/simonahlavacova/?originalSubdomain=sk from the organization SaUvedom ♻️.
The webinar will be conducted in Slovak.
The event is organized by OZ SaUvedom, social enterprise Baterkáreň and crisis line IPčko thanks to support from subsidies of the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth in the field of youth work, administered by NIVAM National Institute of Education and Youth.
