THE DIRECTORS' CLUB continues. We believe that after the start of the new school year in September, the time has come for principals to take the time to share ideas, inspirations and good practice and discuss what they are currently experiencing in the school, what challenges they are experiencing and what they are happy about.
< br/>This time we will meet Anka CHLUPÍKOVA, who will guide us through examples of good practice in the field of school leadership. At the meeting, we will focus on:
👉 legislation - how to effectively implement and comply with current legal regulations
👉 documentation - practical advice for improving school documents and their management
👉 labor law issues - solving problems and questions regarding school employees
👉 school evaluation - effective methods and tools for objective school evaluation
👉 evaluation of students and teachers - innovations and best practices in evaluating the performance of students and teachers
Seminar does not focus on the issues of implementing a new curriculum, but will provide valuable advice and examples of good practice to help you optimize and streamline the day-to-day running of your schools. "? ☺️
👩🏫 Anna Chlupíková - graduated in Slovak and music education. From 1999 to 2019, she was the director of the elementary school in Nováky, then for 1 year she led the Felix Private School in Bratislava. For 2.5 years, she worked as the director of the department of elementary schools and pre-primary education at the Ministry of Education. She worked as a member of the executive management of the Slovak Chamber of Teachers, and as a member of the Board of Trustees in the organization Teach for Slovakia. She is still a member of the board of EDUMA. She is the founder of the FB group Riaditelia škól. She sews patchwork blankets and knits sweaters especially for her beloved granddaughter Wilhelminka ☺️
