This time we look at this personality from another side.
Art historian and curator Alexandra Kusá will explain to the examples of various visual forms of Ľudovít Štúr how our romantic ideas about a particular historical character have created. How related photographs, paintings or sculptures depicting Štúr with period art canons and how they subsequently worked in our (POP) culture. In 1999, together with Petra Hanáková, she prepared an exhibition Slovak Art For Free for the Slovak Pavilion at the Biennal of Arts in Venice. She worked as a leading curator of the collections of modern and contemporary SNG art and chef in the Moravian Gallery in Brno. In addition, he lectures the history of the art of the 20th century. She also participated in the preparations of a large exhibition of contemporary Slovak painting and exhibition on the 1950s, which for the first time in the SNG presented socialist realism.
