About event
There is only one addiction.
13. this year's edition of the Knihovna na vlnách festival opens with a topic that affects each of us — addiction. Not only those linked to alcohol or addictive substances, but also relational, media, technological or creative addictions.
What do we consider addiction today?
Where does freedom end and compulsion begin?
Why are we fascinated by reality shows?
Can creation be a form of escape or self-destruction?
And what happens when we start trusting artificial intelligence more than ourselves?
Together with experts, artists, writers, journalists and philosophers, we will look for answers to questions that affect contemporary life more than we might admit.
You can look forward to:
— debates
— author readings
— meetings with guests from various fields
— topics of media, art, technology and borderline human experiences
📅 23.6. – 16.7.2026
📍 A(Void) Floating Gallery
🕖 always from 19.00
We will gradually publish.
Come, we look forward to seeing you 💙
