We look for information, we ask questions - and the answers come immediately. But what happens when we start to believe them unconditionally? When algorithms gradually take over decision-making, orientation in the world and the way we think for us? Is artificial intelligence a helper, advisor and partner for everyday life, or is it becoming a space of new dependence? Philosopher Ondřej Krása will talk about AI as an existential threat.
Ondřej Krása studied philosophy at Charles University and works as the head of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of Pardubice. It focuses on existential threats associated with artificial intelligence and also deals with ancient philosophy.
