Knives + SVAZ

The collaboration between Palác Akropolis and Café V lese brings British talents to Vršovice.

Bristol noise collective Knives expands its world of debut album GLITTER (2025) with the REGLITTER project, which was born from the need to revisit their own material through collaboration with other artists. The REGLITTER I EP (2025, Marshall Records) features reworked tracks as well as previously unreleased material in collaboration with musicians such as C.A. Francis (DITZ), Carson Pace (Callous Daoboys), Death Goals or chest.

The band is not afraid to turn originally raw compositions into something completely new - from heavy guitars to electronic beats and synthesizers. The second part of the REGLITTER II project will be released in the spring of 2026. Live, Knives function as an explosive mixture of chaos, energy and openness to change – concerts where things can break in a different direction at any time.

SVAZ is a "trve European rock band" connecting members from Prague and Ústí nad Labem. In their work, they work with the idea of modesty and human nudity, which is reflected not only in their lyrics, but also in their economical instrumentation. They are inspired by the atmosphere of religious ceremonies, masses and rituals, while their sound oscillates between neo-folk, post-punk and sometimes even black metal. The result is intense, emotional compositions with distinctive spirituality and raw energy.
