🎬 Intimate documentary film explores the neglected topic of healthy siblings in families caring for children with special needs. It gives a voice to all those who have ever felt like the others.
👉 Eighteen-year-old Johana wants to leave her hometown. He wants to graduate and go to university. However, the last year of high school represents a more demanding period for her than for her classmates. She has an irreplaceable role in her family — she helps take care of her younger sister with a handicap every day. Despite all the love, she must free herself from the expectations of her surroundings, find her own space and leave her sister's shadow. Johana is the so-called a glass child, unknowingly overlooked by his overburdened parents and the world. Can he overcome his doubts and feelings of guilt and dare, like the others, to put himself first? The intimate documentary explores the neglected topic of healthy siblings in families caring for children with special needs. It gives a voice to all those who have ever felt like others.
