[Scroll down for English] We invite you to a collective reading and a workshop with a circle of intersections facilitated by Zuzana Dalibor with the title "Dancing bodies: Defiance, joy and intermingling". bodyminds.
Dancing body as a space of defiance, imagination and joyful connection. Let's explore how we can dance, blend, tap and vibrate together. We will talk, but we will also move. Let's try to let movement act as a compost - a place of decomposition and transformation, where layers of experiences, emotions and encounters slowly mix, heat up and create fertile ground for something new. Based on Silvia Federici's essay In Praise of the Dancing Body, we will explore body politics and the subversive potential of dance and movement in dialogue with other authors. You don't need any movement skills or experience, just the desire to play and be in motion at your own pace.
