About event
All Souls' Day, which we may now know more as Halloween, is one of the most magical holidays of the year. The holiday and its roots run much deeper than carved pumpkins and horror movies, yet the spooky atmosphere is inherent here. The veil between the visible and invisible worlds thins for a moment. We face our ghosts and demons. Everything is possible. Everything is changing. The time of transformation is coming. ✨
For nature, this holiday is the end of the year. It represents the death that must take place in order for rebirth to come. What we don't need must, like the leaves on the trees, fall so that we have fertile soil for new growth when spring comes. 🤍
At the level of yoga practice, Dušiček is mainly meditation and contemplation. The practice is very different. The seminar is accompanied by breathing and cleansing exercises. The final part is dedicated to guided relaxation in shavasana.
