About event
The Wheel of Consent is an internationally recognized method that teaches you to recognize what we really want, what we don't want and how to communicate about it safely and clearly.
Do you often automatically say "yes" even when your body wants to scream "no" Do you let others treat you the way they want just to "keep it quiet"? Does it happen to you that you freeze and don't have the strength to say or do anything at all?
Now you have the opportunity to experience in practice what a conscious choice tastes like — in communication, in touch, in intimacy, in every breath. Learn to communicate your desires, needs, pleasures and boundaries with respect for yourself and others. You will take away practical tools that you will use in your relationship, in your everyday life and in your work with your clients.
The workshop can be attended by couples and individuals of any gender and sexual orientation. It is also suitable for professionals in the field of conscious touch, tantra, massage and bodywork.
All necessary information and the option to register can be found on the event website: https://seminare.maitrea.cz/kolo-souhlasu
