About event
How to prepare urban architects for contemporary cities? 🏠🏢
City architect is a key position for the quality of the built environment and the cultivation of public space. At the same time, however, the pressure on his competence and professional training is growing.
The colloquium of the Czech Chamber of Architects will open a discussion between universities, practice and local governments. It will focus on education, the application of graduates and the possibility of systematic cooperation.
The program will include contributions from ČKA, the Platform of Urban Architects and representatives of universities, followed by a joint discussion on next steps.
📍 14 May 2026, 2:00pm–5:00pm
📍 CAMP - Center for Architecture and Urban Planning
