Join us for an evening of fermentation, flavour and fun as we team up with Roy Kombucha for a hands-on brewing workshop at our Torstraße café in Berlin.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already brewing at home, this session will walk you through everything you need to know to make your own delicious kombucha from start to finish.

Led by the team from Roy Kombucha, you’ll learn about:

• The basics of fermentation and how kombucha is made
• The role of tea, sugar, and the SCOBY
• How to flavour and bottle your kombucha
• Tips for maintaining your brew at home

Each ticket includes:

• A Roy Kombucha home brewing kit (everything you need to start your first batch)
• A 250g bag of coffee from our roastery
• A relaxed, small-group session with time for questions and tastings
