About event
We invite you to a commented show with curator Lýdia Pribišová to the Variazion Op exhibition. K10 ° ° _n Italian artist Lucie Romualdi, a leading representative of the Astrazione Povera movement, where the curator will bring her unique artistic program closer. You will learn more about her life, which she spent between Rome and the Etruscan coast, about various exhibitions and projects that she has implemented since the late 1970s. Lucia Romualdi was a mysterious, enigmatic figure of the Italian art scene, there are not many opportunities to learn more about her work. In her multimedia installations, she examined the rhythms of tide and outflow, the depth of the sea and their connection to the visual and sound patterns. She created diagrams - scores made of numbers of numbers and geometric formations, while experimental music, composed by leading Italian composers, played an important place in her works.
Lucie Romualdi exhibition is the launch of the curatorial program of Aqua Vitae Lýdia Pribišová, which opens the dialogue of the water and the river Váh through interdisciplinary site-specific participatory and discursive artistic projects. It connects art with nature and initiates discussions on the importance of water protection and the future of aquatic ecosystems in the region. Other projects that will happen within Aqua Vitae will also be closer to the commented tour.
