Komentovaná prehliadka | This Dream Wasn't Mine

We invite you to a commented tour of the Student of the Studio 3eam of VŠVU "This Dream Wasn't Mine" on Monday, August 25 at 17.00.

The exhibition presents a selection of works by 21 students and students in the 3EAM studio and is the first curatorial projects of Paulína Gajer. The works represented between intimate and social, between analytical and intuitive approach. They reflect topics such as body, identity, sexuality, subculture, personal myths, fear of unknown, or fascination with technology and chaos of the contemporary world. Fictional countries, memories and visions of the future meet in the gallery space. But it is only in the common exhibition space that these worlds begin to overlap, replenish, disturb or mirror. This creates a new type of map: a map without a legend in which themes and meanings move, overlap and re -layer. The exhibition thus offers a picture of the world as a stream of fragments, in which, despite apparent chaos, we can find unexpected, silent context. MINE
