About event
Curator Katarína Minka Baraníková will show us the concept of the exhibition and will present some important works of art. Miroslav Slika, a restorer from the Slovak National Gallery (Zvolen Castle), will offer a unique look at the backstage of the restoration work. At the same time, visitors will have the opportunity to monitor the process of cleaning the image of Gejza Angyala. Its collection fund contains the extensive estate of the cosmopolitan family of artists Angyal, working in Kremnica since the end of the 19th century. The selection tour also includes unique large -format to monumental images of Angyala, which have been unrepresential and demanding for a long time, rolled up in large balach, which required their delicate restoration.
