Komentovaná prohlídka výstavy Milá Adrieno s kurátorem Janem Skřivánkem

The exhibition Dear Adrieno... is being held on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the author's birth, and its core is the collection created by the Mládek couple. Textile collages from the 1970s and cut-out drawings on layered carbon paper a decade younger are especially valuable. Although Adriena Šimotová already had several exhibitions at Museu Kampa, some exhibits will probably be a discovery even for lovers of her work. The historical collection of the Kampa Museum at the exhibition is complemented by loans from public and private collections, which show some other positions of Šimot's work. These are mainly her paintings from the early 1970s, in which she responded to the illness and death of her husband Jiří John, or her peak late cycle Shroud from 2009–2010.

The exhibition will be curated by Jan Skřivánek.
