About event
The Zazněni exhibition presents a cross-section of the work of Miloš Ševčík (1939–2007) from the sixties of the 20th century until 2007. It follows the transformation of his artistic language in painting, drawing, graphics and sculpture from figural and allegorical motifs to characteristic semi-abstract biomorphic structures, which reflect a deep relationship with man, nature, light and the process of constant transformations.
Ševčík's works connect inner imagination with the observation of organic forms and capture the dynamics of growth, decay and the quiet energy of life. The exhibition offers an encounter with art that oscillates between the concrete and the elusive, between shape and its dissolution.
The curator Jolana Pastor will guide you through the exhibition.
