About event
The current exhibition in the Villa Löw-Beer in Brno focuses on visual manifestations of anti-Semitism in socialist cartoons. It will present a set of cartoon jokes and illustrations from humorist magazines that were published in Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union. It demonstrates that stereotypes and prejudices towards the Jews are still present in our public space. Jana Černá, Ph.D.
